Let's do some outdoor concerts and indoor concerts for some 100-200 people. Our amplifiers are tube amps and the volume is not a problem. We play mostly Metallica covers.

It is difficult, without monitors, but I'd say your best option is to all the amplifiers and drum set behind the band. In this way the sound has to pass first time. Try to place their amps so if the sound came in straight line of each amplifier, all lines that intersect at some point in the middle of where we are all standing.
